LEADERSHIP TEAM

The leadership and advisory board at RevContent consists of an exceptional group of operators and visionaries renowned for their expertise and achievements within the private equity, technology and media sector.

RICHARD MARQUES

Chief Executive Officer

Richard Marques currently serves as the CEO of RevContent. Richard has helped lead the company’s growth and strategy since its founding in 2013. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Marques served as both CMO and COO.

Richard received a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Florida. 

Stephen Flee

Chief Technology Officer

Steve Flee is a software and media expert with close to 20 years of experience in software development, and advanced systems architecture. Prior to his time at RevContent, Steve co-founded Adrizer.com

Matt Hoy

Chief Revenue Officer

Matt Oversees the supply, demand and customer success teams at Revcontent and is responsible for all revenue streams related to publisher business, client retention, vendor relationships and general customer relations.

Matt has over 20 years experience in sales leadership with extensive knowledge of the Ad Tech and sponsorship/marketing industries. He previously served in the role of SVP, VP and Director of Business Development at Revcontent, having moved from Major League Soccer where he was heavily involved with Sponsorship Strategy.

Matt is originally from London, England and moved to the United States in 2002.

David Fairey

Chief Financial Officer

With nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance and development, David oversees the accounting & finance, legal, and business intelligence functions at RevContent.

Prior to joining RevContent in 2013, he served in various senior corporate financial and M&A advisory roles.

David holds an MBA and Masters of Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant and Charter Global Accountant.

Chad Ladensack

Vice President, Engineering

Chad has over 15 years of development knowledge with a primary focus on distributed computing and high volume data processing.

He is proud to lead an exceptional team of developers at RevContent, continually expanding the company's technical landscape.

Richard Onyon

SVP, TechOps

Richard is our Senior Vice President of Technical Operations, and brings over 20 years of technical experience in building highly scalable infrastructures.

At RevContent, he leads the development of our flexible and reliable architecture, enabling us to deliver industry-leading performance to our customers.

Richard's expertise and commitment to innovation help enhance our services and set high standards for efficiency and scalability in the industry.

Kaylee Hart

VP, Business Intelligence & Analytics

Kaylee serves as the Vice President of Business Intelligence & Analytics at RevContent, where she leads the execution of strategic data-driven initiatives that support decision-making at all levels.

With over 9 years at the company, she has previously held leadership roles in both Account Management and Operations, leveraging that experience to develop analytical models and visualization tools that provide clients with valuable insights to optimize their results.

Trey Brenner

VP, Strategic Partnerships

Trey is Revcontent’s Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, where he oversees enterprise-level strategic partnerships for both supply, demand, programmatic partnerships, and off-platform/non-traditional partnerships and integrations.  

He also spearheads the adoption of new product offerings that Revcontent develops.

Trey is an industry veteran with over 12 years of experience in ad tech.

Born and raised in Chapel Hill, NC he attended UNC where he played Football as a Linebacker.

Courtney Conti

Director of Operations

Courtney is the Director of Operations at RevContent, where she oversees the company’s ad policy, specifically leading the definition and development of RevContent’s creative and advertising guidelines, as well as any corresponding internal processes, in order to enable client success, while minimizing risk to end users and audiences.

Courtney has prior experience in various roles across the software and technology sector, including customer service and account management, as well as business development and content management. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Administration.

Kaelyn Keane

Head of Account Strategy, Publishers

Kaelyn is the Head of Account Strategy at RevContent, where she manages revenue growth, client retention, and development of customer relationships.

Kaelyn graduated from Slippery Rock University with a B.S. in Psychology where she also competed in the Heptathlon.

KATIE vazquez

Head of Strategic Partnerships, Advertiser Demand

Katie is the Head of Strategic Partnerships, Advertiser Demand at RevContent, where she spearheads efforts to enhance the company’s offerings for advertisers and fosters relationships with agencies and industry leaders. With a strategic focus on maximizing advertiser success, Katie leverages her 7+ years of industry experience to drive growth and innovation within RevContent’s network.

Katie was born and raised in NY and graduated from Lehman College with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Andrew Chapman

Head of Account Strategy, Advertisers

Andrew brings over 15 years of digital marketing experience to RevContent and leads the Account Management team working with RevContent’s advertisers. He and his team use a consultative approach to help advertisers find success and scale their campaigns.

Andrew previously worked with RevContent’s publishing partners as well as led digital analytics efforts for the PGA TOUR for over eight years.

Andrew earned a B.S.B.A. in Economics and an M.S. in Sport Management from the University of Florida.

Chairman of the Board
Star Mountain Capital

Bruce Eatroff has over thirty years of private equity, private credit, fund investing, investment banking and operational experience through various senior roles including at Goldman Sachs, UBS, CIBC and BMO Capital Markets.

In 2000, Mr. Eatroff founded Halyard Capital, raising over $600 million, a U.S. lower middle-market private equity fund manager with sophisticated institutional investors including Goldman Sachs, Abbott Capital and Bank of Montreal.

Richard Marques currently serves as the CEO of RevContent. Richard has helped lead the company’s growth and strategy since its founding in 2013. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Marques served as both CMO and COO.

STEVE HOROWITZ

Ziff Davis

As President of Ziff Davis’ Technology & Shopping Division, Steve Horowitz oversees the businesses within the Ziff Tech & Shopping Group. Steve was formerly Senior Vice President, General Manager at Bankrate Inc., the leading aggregator of personal finance and mortgage content.

At Bankrate, Steve directed product and business strategy, and spearheaded the portal’s transformation into one of the leading destinations that allowed consumers to research and purchase consumer financial products, ranging from mortgages to deposit products to credit cards. Prior to Bankrate, Steve served as Vice President of e-commerce classifieds at AOL and held director positions in business and sales strategy for classifieds and local properties with Yahoo! and GeoCities. Steve is currently a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Board of Directors. Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English from the State University of New York at Oswego.

JEREMY HLAVACEK

Experian Marketing Services

Jeremy Hlavacek is the Chief Commercial Officer of Experian Marketing Services.  

Jeremy built some of the first programmatic advertising businesses on both the buy and sell side of the industry and is a recognized leader in ad technology (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs) and data. His work helped transform The Weather Company from a traditional cable network to a data and technology platform purchased by IBM and rebranded Watson Advertising. Today, he leads the go to market for IBM Watson Advertising.

Prior to leading revenue at Watson Advertising, Jeremy was the Head of Global Automated Monetization at the Weather Company. He built The Weather Company's programmatic business which won multiple industry awards from AdExchanger. Jeremy also started the company's off property data and tech partnerships business which is now a pillar of the Watson Advertising platform.

Hlavacek holds a master’s degree in business administration from Cornell University, a master’s degree in media and communication from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary.

ANDREW BERNSTEIN

Capital Dynamics

Andrew is a Senior Managing Director, Head of Private Equity and member of both the Private Equity Investment Committee and Private Credit Investment Committee as well as the Executive Committee. 
Andrew is also a senior member of the Co-Investment team and he serves on the board of directors of multiple portfolio companies. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment management. 
Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Binghamton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

JONATHAN BARNES

Star Mountain Capital

Jonathan Barnes has more than 20 years of private equity investing and investment banking experience, including at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Barnes was a Partner at Halyard Capital, a U.S. lower middle-market private equity fund manager where he spent 15 years.

Mr. Barnes helped lead Halyard’s successful investment of over $600 million in the technology, business services, media and communications industries, backed by sophisticated institutional investors such as Goldman Sachs, Abbott Capital and the Bank of Montreal.

TOM REDDIN

Red Dog Ventures LLC

Tom Reddin is Managing Partner of Red Dog Ventures LLC, a venture capital and advisory firm focused on helping early stage digital companies achieve the next level of growth. Red Dog Ventures’ portfolio includes equity positions in companies in the following sectors: content marketing, data analytics, search engine optimization, Internet lead-generation, social media management, and online education.
Tom is the former President, and then CEO of LendingTree. He was an early stage member of the team that built the company from a small Internet start-up to a national brand and the country’s leader in online lending. 
Tom is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and received his MBA from New York University, with Distinction. 

Ben Waldshan

TI Health

Ben Waldshan founded Data Warehouse in 1997 and became the leading prospect data provider within the mortgage and home equity industry. In 2006, Data Warehouse was acquired by TRANZACT. Ben became President of Tranzact Information Services and, with a talented team, grew the business both organically and through acquisitions.

In late 2011, Ben with his leadership team led a successful spin-off of Tranzact Information Services in partnership with Halyard Capital. In February 2012, Tranzact Information Services was rebranded as Datamyx, and four years later, Datamyx was acquired by Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX) in October 2015. Ben was Vice President of Marketing Solutions at Deluxe for two years building one of the fastest growing business units at Deluxe. Currently, Ben invests and advises early stage and growth stage businesses and is on the boards of Aberdeen, TI Health and GlynnDevins.

Ben graduated from Wayne State University with a B.A. in Business and Finance.

Lori Tavoularis

Nexstar Digital

Lori Tavoularis is a seasoned digital media executive with close to two decades of experience overseeing functional teams focused on developing next-gen advertising capabilities. Her skillset includes building and managing teams that oversee measurement and insight, sales enablement, marketing solutions, and advertising products, including national, local and programmatic sales and digital marketing services.

Prior to her time at Nexstar, Lori served as the as the Head of Supply for the Global Advertising Business at Rakuten, Inc., and previously was SVP, Digital Revenue and Operations, for Tribune Publishing, where she oversaw all of the company's digital revenue operations.

CHRISTIAN HENDRICKS

Extol Digital

Christian Hendricks is an award-winning and highly respected digital media executive known for his keen strategic thinking and operating skills. He gets things done while having fun and being realistic. He is a people-focused leader with significant experience in digital, marketing, product, audience, innovation, sales, strategy, operations, M&A, board of directors, and P&L. His “we,” not “me” leadership style has been key to the many successes realized throughout his career.

Hendricks currently serves as the President of the Local Media Consortium, which he co-founded in 2013. In addition to his current board positions at Basis Technologies and Site Impact, Hendricks has previously held executive roles at McClatchy and served as a board member of Cars.com, CareerBuilder, and Apartments.com.
Hendricks lives in Holly Springs, North Carolina, and enjoys golf and participating in Masters Track & Field competitions. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

KESNA LAWRENCE

GlynnDevins

Kesna Lawrence is a data, analytics, and product expert with two decades of experience building and maintaining large scale data-driven marketing technology database environments.
These environments have supported the largest direct marketers across Mortgage, Credit Card, Insurance, Banking, and Alternative Finance.

As a founding member of Datamyx, where he served as Chief Data Scientist, he built the country’s first multi-tenant single instance tri-bureau prospect database and next generation automated analytics platform.

Kesna serves as a board advisor for several marketing and technology companies across Healthcare and Digital Advertising industries.

JOHN DONAHUE

Up and to the Right

John Donahue is the CEO and co-founder of White Lightning + Judge’s Son, a media consultancy focused on auction-based media platforms.

John has 20 years of experience building creative strategic solutions that help shape brands using insights, analytics and digital technology. He has served in several key roles at Socialistic (part of Havas) and was formerly Global Director at Omnicom Media Group, where he helped to build the business units now known as Annalect and Accuen.
